i will build a wooden box
and lay it near the train.
i will tap dance on the box,
with a rubber red nose.
i will laugh with the stars,
because if you are on those stars,
they are laughing. and i'll hear
your cosmic humor floating into
my insignificant bedroom on earth.
i will laugh out loud, even in my sleep,
so the world will never be without laughter.
so the world will never be without you.

i will always miss you, my beautiful doll--
